Noah Arzola Named New Director of Education

We are proud to announce the appointment of Noah Arzola as our new Director of Education. Noah brings more than 12 years of experience within the Education Division and a strong commitment to student success.

Throughout his time with the organization, Noah has served in several important roles, beginning as an Employer Service Representative for our Green Jobs initiative in January 2014. He later advanced to ESR for the school in March 2015, Marketing and Recruitment Specialist in November 2017, and most recently Workforce and Recruitment Advocate in March 2023.

Having worked closely with students throughout his career, Noah has developed a strong understanding of student needs and the importance of creating opportunities that lead to long-term success. In his new role as Director of Education, he will oversee academic programs, support the development of educational strategies and policies, and continue strengthening local partnerships to help ensure the continued growth and success of our programs.

We are excited for this new chapter and look forward to Noah’s leadership and future contributions. Congratulations, Noah!
